We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our rapidly growing real estate mandate firm. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing real estate deals by working closely with property owners, investors, developers, and potential buyers. You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring that all transactions are in line with the firm's business objectives and client needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**:
Proactively identify new clients and opportunities in the real estate market.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and clients.

Reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, and follow-up on leads.

**Sales Strategy & Deal Execution**:
Understand client requirements and offer tailored real estate solutions to meet their needs.

Prepare and present property proposals, negotiate deals, and close transactions effectively.

Ensure sales targets and performance KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.

Work closely with the marketing team to promote listed properties and expand market reach.

**Relationship Management**:
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Handle client queries, provide ongoing support, and facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Collaborate with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure seamless execution of deals.

**Documentation & Reporting**:
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales transactions.

Provide regular sales performance reports to management, outlining key metrics and future projections.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property management.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

Strong understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and transaction processes.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism and customer service focus.
