**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining databases, filing systems, and other records to ensure information is organized and accessible in Zoho CRM.
- Conducting online research on various topics, gathering data, compiling reports, and summarizing findings to managers.
- Expertise in various **Zoho platform like Zoho One** for configuring, customizing, automating & optimizing the processes
- Facilitate communication among team members and project stakeholders.
- Assisting with project management tasks such as coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and organizing project files and documents.
- Help in resource allocation and utilization. Collaborate with team leads to ensure the availability of necessary resources and manage project expenses within budget constraints.
- Update SKUs as needed to reflect changes in product attributes, pricing, or inventory levels. Monitor SKU usage and retire obsolete SKUs that are no longer in use or relevant to the business.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, technical, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least **1.5 to 2 years** in Zoho Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Capacity to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and find solutions independently or with mínimal guidance.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team or organization.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
