**Job Summary**:
Policy Bazaar, a leading insurance aggregator, is seeking eperienced and detail-oriented Claims Underwriters to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. As a Claims Underwriter, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying documentation related to insurance claims, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating efficient claim processing. This role requires ecellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of document verification procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough verification of claim documents, including Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, and other relevant documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assess and analyze claims data to determine eligibility, coverage, and authenticity of the claims submitted.
- Review insurance policies and contracts to ascertain coverage and evaluate potential risks.
- Collaborate with the claims processing team and other relevant departments to resolve discrepancies or issues in the claim documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of claims processing and documentation for future reference and audits.
- Adhere to established guidelines, protocols, and turnaround times to ensure efficient claims processing.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, changes in insurance policies, and regulatory requirements related to claims underwriting.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and security measures while handling sensitive customer information.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- ** Previous eperience in claims processing, documentation check, or underwriting is essential.**:

- Strong understanding of document verification procedures, including but not limited to Aadhar card, PAN card, and driving license. E
- Detail-oriented and ability to analyze information accurately.
- Comfortable working on a 6-day workweek with rotational week-offs.
- Must be fully vaccinated against communicable diseases to ensure a safe working environment.
