Regulatory Compliance:  Align data governance strategies with insurance regulations, including NAIC, GDPR, and CCPA , ensuring data privacy and security. Data Quality & Integrity:  Develop frameworks for risk assessment, fraud prevention, and actuarial data management to enhance operational efficiency. Metadata & Lineage Management:  Establish processes for tracking data flow across policy issuance, claims processing, and financial reporting. Stakeholder Collaboration:  Work closely with actuaries, underwriters, claims analysts, and IT teams to standardize data governance policies. Risk & Analytics Integration:  Ensure governance supports AI-driven predictive modeling, risk analytics, and loss mitigation strategies. Training & Documentation:  Educate employees on best practices in insurance-specific data stewardship and compliance . Qualifications: Bachelor's degree  in business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Experience in P&C insurance data governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance . Strong expertise in Collibra, metadata management, and data lineage tracking . Familiarity with insurance underwriting, claims processing, and actuarial data analysis . Knowledge of data privacy laws and security protocols (SOX, GDPR, CCPA) .
