
Social Media Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Strategist to join our team. The
social media strategies to enhance Truedeal’s online presence, grow engagement, and drive
lead generation. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and leadership teams to
craft compelling content that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Calendar Management:
- Develop a detailed 7-day content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy
and business goals.
- Create content topics, posting schedules, and designated platforms for all social media
channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Research and generate high-quality content, focusing on key destinations and services
offered by Truedeal.
- Plan Instagram posts (reels, carousels, stories) and LinkedIn content highlighting travel,
customer testimonials, special offers, and company milestones.
2. Social Media Management:
- Manage Truedeal’s social media accounts, creating engaging content that enhances
brand awareness.
- Post daily on all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to
increase engagement and followers.

3. Ad Strategy & Budgeting:
- Develop a comprehensive 30-day ad budget plan that includes strategies for paid social
campaigns, specifying platforms, targets, and ad creatives.
- Run and optimize ads for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, focusing on lead
generation, follower growth, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and ad copy to ensure maximum return on
investment (ROI).
4. Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Write creative and professional content for all social media platforms, with a focus on

- Work closely with the design team to produce visually appealing posts, reels, and stories
that align with Truedeal’s branding guidelines.
5. SEO & Lead Generation: Optimize social media content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine

- Implement strategies to remove bot followers on Instagram and ensure organic follower
growth through authentic engagement.

8. WhatsApp Business & Google My Business:
- Manage Truedeal's WhatsApp Business account, engaging with customers and
converting inquiries into bookings.
- Handle Google My Business reviews and encourage customers to leave video feedback
to leverage on social platforms.
9. Cruise Content Strategy:
- Develop a cruise promotion strategy, creating visually appealing content aligned with
Truedeal’s brand image.
- Utilize existing cruise data to create captivating posts and reels promoting upcoming
cruise departures across social media platforms.
10. Collaboration with Leadership:
- Work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to gather insights, updates, and
promotional materials for content creation.
- Ensure that all marketing materials reflect the company’s vision and goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, management, and content
creation in a B2C setting, preferably in the travel industry.
- Expertise: Hands-on experience with social media platforms, including Instagram,
LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads
Manager, LinkedIn Analytics, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Content Creation: Strong creative writing and storytelling skills with a proven ability to
create engaging social media content.
- Ad Management: Experience in managing social media ad campaigns and budgets,
with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,604.51 per month
