**Designation / Position **Social Media Strategist

**Job Summary **Social Media Strategist's role at Graphhene includes the creation of content that drives our brand ahead and engages customers. **Job Roles and Responsibilities**
- Oversees all company social media accounts management.
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments.
- Manages team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
- Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
- Interviews, hires, and trains social media team members.
- Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with promotion campaign of new service release and ad campaigns.
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
- Planning of Marketing Strategies to help drive traffic and engagement on all our social media pages.
- Assist with Social Media Performance Report on a monthly basis.
- Keep up to date with the social media trends coinciding with the organisations services.
