Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand identity and marketing goals

Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Research and identify emerging social media trends and platforms that align with our target audience and industry

Craft compelling social media content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement

Manage and optimize our social media profiles, including maintaining consistent branding and aesthetics

Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms using social media management tools

Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments and inquiries promptly and professionally

Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, measure campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for optimization

Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies

Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistency and integration across all marketing channels

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹19,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
