Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from customers for various reasons and make

outbound calls to customer answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.

**Rolls and Responsibilities**
- Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about Doctor schedule, hospital services,

book and cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints,

and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM.
- Associate must reply to those queries in a set format.
- Responsible to book the doctor appointments on a web portal.

Customer Service Executive plays a critical role in providing an interface between customers and the

**Qualifications/Other Requirements**

1. Any Graduate/Preferably Science Graduate

2. 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.

3. Should be fluent in English/Hindi, Marathi

Designation: Patient Relationship Officer/Customer Support Executive

**Salary**: 15,000/- to 23,000 /- CTC

**Benefits**:

- Paid leaves

Workdays per week: 6 days (Rotational week off)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
