**Scope of Services**:

- Communication and Soft Skills Training for New Hires in Voice and non-voice programs
- Communication training
- Speech Sounds (with/without accent augmentation), Grammar, Word Stress & Sentence Stress (includes Intonation)
- Jaw exercises and clarity in speech
- Culture Orientation and sensitization
- Conversational ability & range
- Soft skills training - Think like a customer, Empathy, Rapport building, Dead air management, Active listening, E-mail etiquette - Conference call etiquette, Communication techniques & objection handling, Questioning techniques, Handling different types of customers, Telephone etiquette, CIC (Customer Interaction Cycle)

**Note**: Training Content, Material, Activity, Roleplay, and Case study will be provided by the client. Only a trainer is needed for facilitation

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
