ROLES & RESPONSBILITIES:
Minimum 2-7 yrs exp on papers as V&A Trainer for US Market

Providing training to New Hires on V&A, Soft Skills & Culture

Conduct NHT training sessions for new hires

Conduct training sessions for new and current processes

Conducting Refreshers

Process Knowledge & certification

Training Standardization

Any New Initiative

Demonstrating innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training

Maintaining Data and MIS as per training requirement

Supports intra & inter function collaboration

Proactively best practices ideas from across locations to add value

Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the training function

Conducts Need analysis and shares feedback with stakeholders

Meeting the monthly Conversion & Effectiveness targets

Ensure successful execution of training needs

Measure program training effectiveness

Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities

Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated

Participate in Internal & External Calibrations

Conduct refresher trainings based on TNI

Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires & Production Staff

Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refresher training

Work from office - 5 days working, both side cabs one time meal.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year

- Day shift

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
