**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads for luxury real estate plots through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and outreach to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors.
- Conduct market research and maintain knowledge of local and international trends in luxury real estate, including pricing, investment opportunities, and buyer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, offering personalized consultations, and addressing client inquiries.
- Offer guidance to clients on investment opportunities, financing options, zoning, and land development possibilities.
- Arrange and conduct private property showings, including site visits to luxury plots, and highlight the unique features, benefits, and potential of the land.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients, ensuring deals align with both buyer expectations and company goals.
- Analyze market trends to set competitive pricing and identify strategic opportunities to market and sell luxury plots.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality promotional materials, including brochures, online listings, and advertisements, to attract potential buyers.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in luxury real estate, land sales, or high-end property transactions. Experience in luxury goods or services sales is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors.
- Expertise in real estate markets, with a focus on luxury properties and land.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Understanding of real estate market trends, land development, property laws, and zoning regulations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹48,915.21 per month
