**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits with potential buyers or tenants.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth closing process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, market conditions, and pricing.
- Prepare and present proposals, agreements, and other documentation related to real estate transactions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Coordinate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of local property laws and market trends.
- Valid real estate license (if required by law).
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel (if applicable).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Experience in luxury or commercial real estate (optional).
- Strong presentation and client relationship skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
