Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

Location: Pune: Maharashtra

Work mode: On Site

Work days: Monday -Friday

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role in **Pune**for a **Motion Graphics Designer**. The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating motion design, video production, motion graphics, graphic design, and other graphics-related tasks on a day-to-day basis.

- Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills
- Video Production skills
- Graphic Design skills
- Experience in graphics-related tasks
- Proficiency in relevant software tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field

**What You’ll Be Doing**

Animate and Innovate:

- Bring static designs to life by creating engaging motion graphics for videos, presentations, and social media.
- Collaborate on projects that span marketing campaigns, advertisements, and product launches.

**Collaborate with Teams**:

- Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to understand project goals and translate concepts into compelling visuals.
- Communicate effectively to incorporate feedback and refine designs.

**Master Brand Guidelines**:

- Ensure motion graphics and animations adhere to our brand guidelines while adding a creative edge.

**Stay Trendy**:

- Stay updated on motion design trends and tools to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Experiment with new techniques to push creative boundaries.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in motion graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing animations and creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of 3D animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender (preferred but not mandatory).
- A keen eye for detail, color, and visual storytelling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for creativity, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
