**Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer**

**Shift: 10am to 7Pm**; must be flexible streching working hours as per the work requirement

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Motion Graphic Designer** to produce engaging, high-quality animated content that communicates ideas effectively. You will be responsible for designing and animating graphics for videos, digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design motion graphics for digital content, explainer videos, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with creative directors, video editors, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver visual solutions.
- Create storyboards and style frames to visualize ideas before animating.
- Animate elements using 2D and/or 3D tools (e.g., After Effects, Cinema 4D).
- Incorporate sound, voiceovers, and music with animation when needed.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro**, and optionally **Cinema 4D or Blender**.
- Solid understanding of motion design principles, typography, and composition.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and design skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D animation or visual effects.
- Knowledge of video editing and audio syncing.
- Familiarity with UI animations, social media formats, or AR/VR content.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
