Job Title: Sales Field Executive
**Location**: Gurugram
**Reports to**: Sales Manager/Director
Key Responsibilities:
- **Sales Generation**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and share insights on market developments.
- **Travel Requirements**:
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Graduate
- **Skills: sales**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
