**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners; provide product training and support.
- Drive direct sales by identifying leads, pitching products, and closing deals.
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations **Requirements**:
- Proven experience in channel and direct sales.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and market analysis abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
