**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Analyse sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement.

**Skills and Qualification Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role will be preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM Software is a plus.
- Good Communication, Interpersonal, Organizational and Time Management Skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
