
Front Office Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities of the front office team, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Greet and assist guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a swift and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Manage room reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests both in person and over the phone.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, guest accounts, and operational reports.
- Train, guide, and support front office associates to uphold service standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for efficient operations.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, and financial transactions in line with company policies.
- Ensure the front office area is always clean, organized, and presentable.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a front office or hospitality supervisory role preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and hotel management systems (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Pleasant personality with a guest-first attitude.
