**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the polyclinic.
- Oversee front office, nursing, housekeeping, and support staff to ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor patient flow and ensure mínimal waiting time with effective scheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and grievances promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinic policies.
- Support doctors and medical staff by coordinating appointments, diagnostics, and treatments.
- Monitor stock of medicines, consumables, and other supplies; coordinate with procurement as required.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations, patient inflow, and staff performance.
- Train and guide staff to maintain high standards of service and patient care.
