**Description**:
**FairStreet Sports is seeking an experienced Event Security Officer to join our sports company in Noida. As an Event Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of spectators, participants, and staff during sports events. You will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment and responding effectively to security-related incidents or emergencies.**

**Experience: 5+ Years (Sports Industry)**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Event Security**:

- **Implement event security protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the safety of all individuals present at sports events.**
- **Conduct security checks, including bag inspections and access control, to prevent prohibited items from entering the event premises.**
- **Monitor the event area, crowd behavior, and report any suspicious activities.**

**2. Crowd Management**:

- **Assist in crowd management and control, ensuring a smooth flow and orderly behavior of spectators during sports events.**
- **Respond to crowd-related issues, such as conflicts or disturbances, following established protocols and guidelines.**

**3. Emergency Response**:

- **Be prepared to respond promptly and appropriately to any security or safety-related incidents, following emergency response protocols.**
- **Communicate effectively with team members and relevant authorities to ensure a swift and effective response.**

**4. Communication and Reporting**:

- **Maintain clear and accurate communication with event organizers and supervisors using two-way radios or other communication devices.**
- **Document and report security incidents or unusual occurrences, providing detailed reports as required.**

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 5 years of experience in event security, preferably in the sports industry.**
- **Knowledge of event security protocols and emergency response procedures.**
- **Effective communication and interpersonal skills.**
- **Physical fitness and the ability to perform security duties for extended periods.**
- **Proficiency in using two-way radios or other communication devices.**
- **Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules.**
