**Position**: Security Guard

**Location**: Greater Noida

**Employment Type**: Contract

**Working Hours**: 8-hour shifts, rotating schedule
**Role Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Surveillance and Monitoring**:

- Patrol the premises regularly to ensure a secure environment.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems for suspicious activities.

2. **Access Control**:

- Authorize entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Verify credentials and maintain a log of activities.

3. **Incident Response**:

- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
- Diffuse situations calmly and notify authorities if required.

4. **Asset Protection**:

- Safeguard property against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report any hazards or security breaches.

5. **Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Maintain detailed records of observations, events, and interactions.

6. **Customer Service**:

- Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer security-related queries and offer directions when necessary.
**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong observational and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of security systems and emergency protocols.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to stand for long periods and respond to physical demands of the job.
- **Certifications**: First Aid, CPR, or relevant security licenses (if applicable).
