**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to handle the overall security of a site and ensure its smooth functioning.
- Must have good communication skills and an understanding of security operations.
- Must ensure that the Site Instructions are followed strictly.
- Must ensure that his subordinates perform their duty in full spirit as per their duty chart and deviations/Non-compliance if any, should be brought to the knowledge of the senior management.
- Ensure Discipline among the team in the premises.
- Must ensure humble and professional behavior with client staff/ co-workers, visitors
- Must ensure the safety and security of all the properties /assets of the company.
- Responsible for managing the movement of students, employees, clients, Visitors, Materials, and vehicles on site.
- Responsible to maintain all Security and Safety equipment's in working condition at all times.
- Must ensure security process for any kind of entry into premises / restricted areas.
- Ensure that all Contractors, Vendors and third-party employees are checked / Frisked thoroughly during Entry and Exit.
- Must ensure proper patrolling is carried out along with proper documentation.
- Must be well aware of escalation matrix & incident reporting.
- Must be well aware of various reports related to security operations.
- Must ensure the security documents and registers are maintained as per Audit standards.
- Must be able to manage the team under him for smooth operations including their leave & off.
- Must be able to conduct training for the Security personnel as per the training program and document it.
- Must be able to conduct an evacuation drill in the school.
- Must be able to conduct fire fighting training.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar security positions.
- Minimum Graduate.
- Computer knowledge.
