*Job Summary:*

The Security Field Officer is responsible for overseeing security operations in a designated area or region. This role involves monitoring and patrolling premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates. The Security Field Officer responds to alarms and security incidents, investigates disturbances, and maintains a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions. Additionally, the Security Field Officer may be required to report any suspicious activities or persons and collaborate with law enforcement as necessary.

*Responsibilities:*
- Patrol assigned area on foot or in vehicle to ensure personal, building, and equipment security
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
- Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances
- Monitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnace, or boiler
- Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary
- Escort or drive motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection
- Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as a Security Field Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must possess a valid driver's license

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Certification in security management
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently

*Physical Requirements:*
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb stairs

*Working Conditions:*
- The job may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Exposure to loud noises and potentially hazardous situations

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
