Role & Responsibilities to be handled:

- Oversee and coordinate security guards at various sites.
- Ensure deployment schedules are followed and sites are adequately staffed.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor performance.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident and daily activity reports.
- Train new security personnel on site-specific protocols and company policies.
- Ensure guards are properly uniformed and equipped.
- Address client concerns, feedback, and special requests.
- Submit attendance records, duty rosters, and patrol logs.
- Assist in recruitment, scheduling, and payroll verification.
- Report to senior management on security operations.
- Arrange for manpower in case of new deployment or replacement.

Skills Required:

- Ability to oversee and motivate a team of security personnel.
- Handle disputes among guards or with the public calmly and professionally.
- Make quick, effective decisions during emergencies or high-pressure situations.
- Clearly relay instructions to guards and report to management or clients.
- Handle multiple sites, schedules, and reports efficiently.
- Atleast 1 year of experience as Security Field Officer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
