**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee the security team, ensuring proper coverage and vigilance.
- Develop and implement security protocols and policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises, equipment, and security personnel.
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Coordinate with clients and other departments to address security concerns.
- Manage emergency situations and act promptly to ensure safety.
- Prepare and submit daily reports and incident logs.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security guards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and protocols.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Physical stamina and attention to detail.
- Valid security certifications are a plus.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Relevant security training or certifications preferred.
