**Job Title**: Security Supervisor
**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month
**Location**: Bhopal

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision of Security Personnel**: Lead and manage the security team, ensuring personnel remain alert, professional, and follow duty protocols.
- **Patrol and Monitoring**: Conduct routine patrols to inspect entry points, security equipment, and perimeter areas to ensure maximum security at all times.
- **Incident Management**: Respond to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activity. Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and take corrective actions.
- **Access Control**: Oversee access to the colony, ensuring all visitors and vehicles are screened and registered as per guidelines.
- **Surveillance Systems Management**: Ensure all security equipment (CCTV, alarms) is operational and properly maintained.
- **Emergency Response**: Manage emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and communication systems during security threats or natural disasters.
- **Training**: Train security staff on protocols, emergency responses, and use of security equipment. Ensure compliance with colony regulations.
- **Resident Communication**: Serve as the point of contact for residents regarding security concerns and address issues professionally.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain records of security activities, incidents, and daily logs. Provide regular security updates and risk assessments to management.
- **Coordination with Authorities**: Liaise with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services during security-related emergencies.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional security training or certifications preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years in a security role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, ideally in a residential or gated community.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills. Proficiency in using security technology (CCTV, alarms, etc.) and a thorough understanding of safety regulations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
