**Security Officer/Supervisor For Printing Industry**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Manage the entire gamut of security and administration activities including fire and safety, housekeeping, vendor management, civil, electrical, and mechanical, vehicle maintenance, etc.
- Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of designated areas.
- Responsible for complete access control systems, rooms and procedures.
- Ensure thorough check and search of all the employees, visitors, material, and vehicles (inward and outward)
- Maintains a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors by patrolling and monitoring premises.
- Loss Prevention.
- Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly.
- Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents.
- Ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing buildings (ID badges and passes).
- Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy and SOP.
- Responsible for handling entire site security Operations, maintaining vigilance in the site, monitoring the administration operations, ensure personal hygiene and discipline maintained.
- Surveillance of over all employees of plant, Command & control over local Guards and Drivers.
- To be vigilant all the time for safety and security of Company's property, including Godowns, Materials, Product and business, etc.
- Responsible for physical security Training of Security Guards and Deployed regular Site Visits.
- Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent organization skills, disciplined and be a self-motivated learner.
- Proficient in handling all types of Security Measures.
- Ready to work in flexible hours.
- Retired Ex-Army / Navy/Air force will be preferred.
- **LIU or CBICD Police officer will be Preffered**

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
