Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision of Security Personnel: Manage and oversee the performance of the security team, ensuring that all security personnel are alert, professional, and following duty protocols.
- Patrol and Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols within the colony to inspect entry points, security equipment, and the perimeter to ensure maximum security at all times.
- Incident Management: Respond to and investigate security breaches, alarms, or any suspicious activity. Prepare detailed reports on incidents and take appropriate corrective action when necessary.
- Access Control: Monitor and control access to the colony, ensuring that visitors and vehicles are screened, registered, and granted entry based on established guidelines.
- Surveillance Systems Management: Ensure that all security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and other surveillance tools, are functioning properly and regularly maintained.
- Emergency Response: Coordinate and manage emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and emergency communication systems in the event of a security threat or natural disaster.
- Training: Train and brief security staff on security protocols, emergency response procedures, and the use of security equipment. Ensure that security guards understand and follow colony rules and regulations.
- Resident Communication: Act as a point of contact for residents regarding security concerns or incidents, addressing their issues promptly and professionally.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all security activities, incidents, and daily logs. Provide regular reports to management on the security status and potential risks.
- Coordination with Authorities: Liaise with local law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and other emergency services as needed in case of security-related emergencies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional security training or certifications preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a security role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position, ideally in a residential or gated community.
