**Job Summary**:
The Field Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing security operations at various client sites. ( handling man powers )

This role involves ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and property while ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the deployment of security personnel at assigned locations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Handle and resolve security-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor and report on the performance of security staff.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel in the field.
- Ensure proper documentation of security incidents and activities.
- Coordinate with clients and report any concerns related to security operations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
- Conduct site assessments and identify potential security risks.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and clients about daily operations and issues.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on security operations to management.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in security operations or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting tools).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
