Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Supervisor located in Greater Noida. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, managing security personnel, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises. This includes coordinating with other departments, conducting regular inspections, responding to emergencies, and maintaining security protocols. The Security Supervisor will also be tasked with training new security staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Skills in managing security personnel and operations
Ability to respond to emergencies and enforce security protocols
Experience in conducting regular inspections and coordinating with other departments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of legal regulations and safety standards
Ability to train and supervise new security staff
Previous experience in a security-related role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in security management is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
