**Job Purpose**:
To oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of a specific site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security and facility management services. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining security standards, and resolving issues that may arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**:

- Recruit, hire, and train security guards and facility management staff.
- Assign tasks and schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Address disciplinary issues and implement corrective actions.

**Security Operations**:

- Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and inspections.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and other relevant authorities.

**Facility Management**:

- Oversee facility maintenance and upkeep.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.

**Client Relations**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide regular reports on site activities and performance.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and maintenance activities.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in security or facility management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Knowledge of relevant security and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Certification in security management or facility management.
- Experience in managing large teams.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Night Shift (required)
- Overnight Shift (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
