Student Engagement Officer

**Role Purpose**:
The Head -Student Development will be responsible for curating activities focusing on creating meaningful student experience outside the classroom through social, cultural, recreational and leadership engagement. He/She will play a pivotal role in setting the end to end strategic directions for student experience and engagement.
The Head - Student Development is responsible for coordination, promotion and delivery of the full suite of co-curricular and extra-curricular programs and development offerings. He/ She is also responsible to create and drive revenue growth for ancillary programs.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Create manuals and SOPs for school events and all programs
- Negotiate, finalise, track vendors for afterschool activities
- Plan and finalise outbound trips, ensure smooth functioning
- Support campuses for the functioning of Clubs, Student council
- Plan and execute Summer/ Winter Camps and ensure revenue generation
- Research best practices and trends in student development in post-secondary education and provide recommendations.
- Updating weekly dashboard with information and updates collected from campuses on after school activities, house competitions, club activities and Interschool competitions and more.
- Participate in other projects as assigned by the Manager.
**Internship program**
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of a viable internship program
- Facilitate student learning by assisting students to secure appropriate internships to
enhance overall academic experience and learn skills essential to conduct a
successful job search
- Initiate and build partnerships with employers to develop student opportunities for
experiential endeavors locally.
- Work collaboratively with School leadership to create policy and
procedures for ensuring the academic quality and integrity of internships
- Provide optimal marketing strategies to connect students to experiential endeavors and jobs
- Conduct site visits to evaluate appropriateness and relevance of internships for students
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
