About Us:

- Engage with student leads through outbound calls to generate interest and convert them into prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the student database with accurate details and interactions.
- Send mailers and follow-up communications (chasers) to prospective students.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations to provide relevant advice.
- Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Proactive, go-getter attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead management tools is an advantage.

Good to have Requirements
- Experience in voice based sales telecalling
- Prior experience in the education industry and managing similar processes is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
