**STUDENT ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE**

**Yelahanka, Bangalore**

**Role Overview**:
As a Student Engagement Associate, you will play a key role in helping students understand the benefits of our Pay After Placement program. You will guide them through the enrollment process, build strong relationships, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth program execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Outreach & Communication: Call and engage with students to explain the benefits of our Pay After Placement program clearly and persuasively.

Program Enrollment: Guide students through the registration process and ensure all required details are accurately captured.

Relationship Building: Foster positive and professional relationships with students, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey.

Coordination: Work closely with the Pre-Screening Department to schedule and facilitate student assessments and ensure timely communication.

Feedback & Reporting: Gather feedback from students, document their concerns, and provide regular reports to the management team for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Any Degree

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain complex information in a simple and engaging manner.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Prior experience in student engagement, customer service, or sales is a plus.

Passion for education and helping students succeed in their careers.
