**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students on available courses, career paths, and higher education opportunities.
- Provide information on scholarships, financial aid, and study abroad programs.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for prospective students and parents.
- Address student concerns regarding academic challenges, career goals, and study plans.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in education, university requirements, and industry demand.
- Collaborate with institutions, universities, and training centers for student placements.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, counseling sessions, and follow-ups.
- Organize seminars, career fairs, and orientation programs for student engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in student counseling, career guidance, or admissions is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand student needs and provide personalized guidance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
