**Founder Profile**:
Arnav Kumar is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. Leap is his second company and he has raised more than $30M in capital for his startups. In his last role, he was a VC investor with SAIF Partners (Now Elevation Capital), which is an early investor in paytm, meesho, urban company, unacademy and many other unicorns. Vaibhav Singh is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)

**LeapAdvantage**:
Recognizing the need for affordable access to international education for Indian students, Leap Advantage has been set up as a new initiative within the LEAP ecosystem. Leap Advantage offers Indian students the opportunity to begin their foreign education in India at affordable prices, later transferring to the foreign university of their choice and getting the coveted degree.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan engagement activities such as Webinars, campaigns, and AMA sessions to acquire potential students interested in MS in the US
- Understand and analyze which campaigns work the best and how to scale them
- Ability to understand user pain points, address questions and share the same with the TOFU/Sales team to build a seamless experience
- Represent Leap Advantage team in events - Webinars, Fairs, etc
- Good communication skills
- A confident public speaker with good presentation skills
- Can engage participants
- Has prior experience in design & editing
- Open to work from the office, 5.5 days
- 1-2 years of prior marketing experience especially running engagement campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing tools like WebEngage for setting up campaigns
