**THE ROLE**

Here at Talent Inc., our business is growing very fast, and with that, we need the manpower to back it up We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to exercise patience while investigating issues and helping customers.

The Fulfillment and Customer Care (FCC) team is the backbone of Talent Inc's success.

**THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure client and expert satisfaction by practicing, following, and implementing Talent Inc’s service standards
- Stay abreast of departmental updates
- Research customer issues, document findings, and champion solutions
- Effective communication with co-workers

**THE MUST-HAVES**
- High speed internet access, a quiet workstation
- Ability to work in:

- US hours : 6.30 pm to 3.30 am IST
- Must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and willing to resolve matters and provide solutions for those customers' needs
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- An infectiously positive demeanor
- The ability to prioritize different tasks and wear multiple hats

**THE NICE-TO-HAVES**
- 2-3 years’ experience in a customer support/client service role
- Bachelor’s degree: English/Journalism major would be an asset, but not required
