- Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls from Bengali-speaking clients, providing outstanding customer support and assistance.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Bengali (regional language) and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer support or sales role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Must be able to work from our office in Chennai.
