Fully Filmy is looking for its next **Full-Time Customer Support Representative **based in Chennai, India

**Preferred Level of Experience**: 1-3 Years

**Scope of Work**:

- Have an in-depth understanding of Fully Filmy's products, collections, pricing, services and policies to help potential and existing customers out with queries, complaints, feedback etc.
- Understanding the nature of each and every query and giving a solution to the customer within the stipulated time
- Making sure all customers are responded to within the stipulated time
- Collecting feedback and conducting post-purchase surveys to ensure customer retention
- Suggest new products, services and offers to customers to keep them coming back to Fully Filmy
