**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers for sales, feedback, or follow-ups.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing calls and visitors.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
