**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the MD's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents for easy accessibility.
- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Communication**:

- Draft and proofread correspondence and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
- **Project Management**:

- Assist the MD in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects.
- Conduct research and compile data for decision-making purposes.
- **Travel Arrangements**:

- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Ensure seamless travel experiences by anticipating and addressing potential issues.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- **Ad hoc Tasks**:

- Perform additional duties as assigned by the MD to support business operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, and project management software.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges.
- **Flexibility**: Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Confidentiality**: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
