**Job description**
We are a Highway Traffic Signage Board manufacturing and trading company with local and govt clients. As an Online Key Business Manager you will need to call the clients, explain to them the various products and services on offer and establish a relationship for signage manufacturers. You will need to call and mail the Project Heads, NHAI RO officials, NHAI contractors, State Highway contractors, business owners or Purchase Heads, traffic signage manufacturers and liaison with them for various Highway projects and commercial projects currently running and in process. You will directly be reporting to Director Projects. You will also need to follow up with all the clients.
**Responsibilities**:
Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive verbal online presentations
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up calls with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for new services.
Determine new opportunities by analysing business needs.
Assists in the development of annual sales goals.
Assists in the completion of monthly targets.
Develop and deliver the business plans.
Build referral and lead generation network.
EXPERIENCE: Past experience in the Infrastructure/highways/signage industry is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers can also apply.
Good communication skills is must. Should speak & understand Hindi and English.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
