We are hiring Telecalling Sales Executive who are passionate, hardworking, and smart-working. The role involves calling potential customers, explaining our services/products, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients using the provided leads and databases. Present products/services clearly and persuasively to potential customers. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or packages. Generate sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Handle customer queries, objections, and provide timely responses. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to improve sales. Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling. Report daily sales activities and outcomes to the sales manager. Qualifications: Minimum 10th or 12th pass; graduation preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage but freshers can apply. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Target-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities. Good listening skills to understand customer requirements. Time management and organizational skills. Confidence and professionalism on calls.
