We are looking for a **female Customer Care Executive** to manage inbound and outbound calls and support our clients with queries, feedback, and information.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate product/service information to customers
- Coordinate with internal departments for order updates or issue resolution
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM regularly
- Follow up with existing and potential clients for feedback or repeat business
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a polite and positive attitude during all interactions

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills (Hindi must, basic English preferred)
- Ability to handle calls and customer queries confidently
- Well-mannered, polite, and patient

**Eligibility**:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
- Should be comfortable working at Chandni Chowk location
- Prior experience in customer care or telecalling is a plus

**Days**: (Monday to Saturday)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
