Introduction We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Executive - Inside sales to join our luxury lighting and chandelier business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client inquiries, and closing sales for both individual and project-based clients. This role is ideal for candidates who are persuasive, target-driven, and have excellent communication skills, with a keen interest in luxury lighting products and interior projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Client Engagement Handle incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Identify potential clients for luxury lighting, chandeliers, and project-based sales. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up for repeat business. 2. Product Presentation & Consultation Provide detailed information on products, features, and specifications. Advise clients on lighting solutions for individual homes, commercial projects, or luxury interiors. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product catalogs with clients. 3. Sales & Deal Closure Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by addressing client concerns and negotiating terms. Collaborate with project teams and logistics for timely delivery and installation. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4. Project Coordination & Support Coordinate with internal teams to support project-based lighting requirements. Maintain communication with clients during the project execution phase. Ensure all client requirements are documented and delivered accurately. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals closed. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. Monitor competitors’ offerings and provide market feedback. Required Skills & Competencies Sales Skills: Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local languages. Product Knowledge: Interest or prior knowledge in luxury lighting, chandeliers, or interior solutions is preferred. Customer Orientation: Focused on providing a premium client experience. Target-Driven: Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
