Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive - Intern to join our growing team. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential leads using databases, social media platforms, and industry sources. Research prospective clients to understand their requirements and business potential. Assist in building and maintaining a strong lead pipeline for the sales team. Utilize tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms for lead generation. 2. Client Communication Make outbound calls, emails, and chats to connect with potential clients. Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products or services. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into qualified prospects. Assist senior executives in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. 3. Sales Coordination Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and agreements. Update client details, lead status, and activity logs in the CRM system. Schedule product demos, meetings, and follow-up calls with clients. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaign initiatives. 4. Market Research & Analysis Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings. Analyze sales performance metrics and assist in generating sales reports. Gather customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement. Suggest new ideas to improve sales conversion rates. 5. Learning & Development Gain exposure to inside sales methodologies and strategies. Learn to handle objections, negotiations, and client concerns effectively. Participate in regular sales training sessions and workshops conducted by the company. Develop a deeper understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.Required Skills & Competencies1. Technical Skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM tools and online lead generation techniques (training will be provided). Comfortable using email marketing tools, Zoom, and Google Meet for client engagement. 2. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Confidence in interacting with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Ability to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport with potential customers. 3. Sales & Analytical Abilities Understanding of sales processes and buyer behavior. Ability to analyze client needs and provide suitable solutions.
