We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Online Sales Executive to join our team at Lakhmi Chand Tejoo Mal. As an Online Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving online sales and promoting our women's ethnic wear products. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, with a competitive salary range.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in online sales, preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in MS Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize sales
- Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms
- Identify and leverage new opportunities to increase online sales and customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute online campaigns and promotions
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges
- Track and report on key metrics and sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
