Job Description: Sales Executive (Jewelry & Retail Experience)

Position: Sales Executive (Female)Location: Chandni Chowk, DelhiSalary: ₹20,000 + IncentivesShifts:

- Store Manager: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Sales Staff: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PMWeekly Off: Any one day (Sunday working)

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry and other products.
- Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and available promotions.
- Sales Targets:

- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service.
- Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in gems, jewelry, and retail offerings.
- Educate customers about product care and maintenance.
- Store Operations:

- Support in managing inventory and ensuring displays are clean and organized.
- Handle billing, payments, and returns professionally and accurately.
- Team Coordination:

- Work collaboratively with the store manager and team to ensure a smooth sales process and efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years in gems, jewelry, or retail sales.
- Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in managing sales processes and basic billing systems.
- Flexibility:

- Comfortable working on Sundays and adhering to the assigned shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
