.Key Responsibilities:

- Understand the requirements of customers and share product recommendations accordingly.
- Maintain a constant relationship with the client over WhatsApp and provide end-to-end salesservices both digitally and in-person.
- Regularly share daily updates and images of the latest collections over WhatsApp.
- Manage and process customer orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Handle multiple client inquiries and transactions at once, maintaining a high level ofprofessionalism.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and designs in ethnic wear to advise clients effectively.Requirements:

- Customer facing role - must be highly professional and have a polite attitude.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in either distribution sales or fashion and apparel sales.
- Prior experience in fashion distribution sales will be preferred.
- Must have knowledge of fabrics and dress materials used in the Indian garment industry
- Must have a very good typing speed over WhatsApp.
- Must be okay to sell products over video call.
- A good memory & prior experience in managing multiple customer relations is preferred.
- Must possess experience in using google sheets to maintain data.
