**SHOWROOM EXECUTIVEJOB DESCRIPTION**

A showroom executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting furniture within a showroom by understanding their needs, presenting product options, providing expert advice, closing sales, and maintaining a visually appealing showroom environment, all while ensuring a positive customer experience and achieving sales targets.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Customer interaction: Greet** customers, actively listen to their needs and preferences, and guide them through the showroom to find suitable furniture pieces.
- **Product knowledge: Possess** in-depth knowledge of all furniture products, including features, specifications, materials, and pricing to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- **Customer relationship management: Build** rapport with customers, follow up on leads, and maintain ongoing communication to nurture long-term relationships.
- **Visual merchandising: Ensure** the showroom is well-organized, visually appealing, and displays furniture in a manner that attracts customers and promotes sales.
- **Inventory management: Monitor** stock levels, identify potential stock shortages, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely product availability..
